End of season review in PDF format here, by Scott Morrison
May 4, 2008
MIDFEILDER Willo McDonagh has signed for Glenavon. The Dublin-based player, who never really hit it off for the Glens, only played one game for Alan McDonald this season and that as a substitute. He was loaned out to Armagh City in the January transfer window before signing on the dotted line at Mourneview over the weekend. McDonagh played 65 times for the Glens, scoring eight goals.

Well the season is over, we have had our ups and downs, but all in all I am happy enough. New season new look web site, hope you like it. I have left a few things out to trim it down and you should find it a wee bit easier to navigate around. If there is any thing you would like to see back drop us an email. Thanks Philip Erwin, TMEN

SCOTTISH premier club Hearts could be on their way to the Oval during the close season. The Edinburgh club are stressing that no definite pre-season schedule has been drawn up. However, it is expected that they will be in Belfast on July 14 for a game that will double as a testimonial for Paul Leeman. The Glens have been making the running in trying to arrange the fixture.
